Green Coffee Company Named Top Sustainable Agribusiness in Antioquia by Environmental Authority Corantioquia

Regional oversight agency ranks GCC highest among 20,000 operators for exemplary environmental stewardship, compliance, and community impact

MEDELLÍN, Colombia — January 15, 2026  —  The Green Coffee Company (GCC) has been officially recognized as the top-performing sustainable agribusiness in the state of Antioquia by Corantioquia, the regional environmental and safety authority overseeing regional commercial development.

Corantioquia regulates approximately 20,000 agro-industrial businesses across the region, conducting rigorous operational inspections to enforce standards for environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance. Out of 129 companies selected for formal recognition, GCC earned the single highest sustainability ranking across the entire state. Members of GCC’s Sustainability Team accepted the award at Corantioquia’s official ceremony in Colombia.

This top sustainability designation reflects GCC's commitment to proactive environmental management, lowering operational risk while building meaningful long-term value across all operating regions.
